This covers the two places on this site that ask for your email address.

What we collect

Your email address — nothing more — when you join our founder's list, or when you win a prize on the penny arcade machine. If you win a prize, we also keep a record of the request associated with that win, to stop the same person claiming more than one.

How we use it

To let you know when Farthing & Co. opens for retail, and to send occasional updates about the launch. If you've won a prize, to arrange getting it to you. That's all — we don't use your email for anything else, and we don't build a profile of you from it.

Who we share it with

Resend, who deliver our emails on our behalf, and Cloudflare, who host this site and keep it secure. Neither uses your address for their own purposes. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link — use it any time, no need to ask us first.

Changes

We may update this policy as the business grows. The version on this page is always the current one.
